… for our girls;
for their innocence;
for their childhood.
May they never have them stolen, again.
——
(element of research: piano recital as a tool for raising up social awareness)
Memorial: this work is my personal response to the horrendous crime of child sex slavery, exploitation and trafficking. It is my memorial in to the girls who had their childhood stolen, and a cry that those stories can be stopped to happen.
Material: piano music with titles referring to girl (s)/ women; video; blank priced dolls scattered among the audience; cushions and cloths for filling up the scenery, powerpoint projection (in version 1), audio clips (in version 2).
