Tue 2 October
7:30 pm – 10:00 pm
The evening’s performance will involve a group of vocalists creating sounds using freely improvised vocal technique such as extended and percussive vocality. The performance places voices in solo, duo and group settings both accompanied and unaccompanied. The second half will include voice accompanied by the Oxford Improvisers Orchestra using poetry and free improvisation. The focus is on sound in silence and how the performer perceives and interprets this.
This evening’s event is directed by vocalist Anne L Ryan.
